With the expansion cards from ICPDAS, industrial PCs can be easily adapted to your specific application. We have interface boards with serial interfaces, DAQ cards with analog and digital inputs and outputs as well as fieldbus cards for CANopen, EtherCAT and DeviceNet. All extensions are available with PCI Express (PCIE) or PCI Bus.

DAQ cards with analog and digital I/Os

ICPDAS offers a wide range of I/O cards for the PCIe and also PCI standard. The extension cards provide an easy and safe way to add analog and digital I/O as well as relay outputs. For safe use in industrial environments, all DAQ cards are isolated and equipped with overvoltage protection.

Serial interface cards with isolation

If no serial interface is available in modern PCs or if additional serial ports are required for industrial PCs, then RS-232 and RS-422/485 interfaces can be easily retrofitted with the serial interface cards from ICPDAS. With the proven VEX and VXC series, ICPDAS offers a comprehensive selection of interface cards for PCI Express and PCI bus with two to eight isolated RS-232 or RS-422/RS-485 interfaces.

Drivers for Windows operating systems XP/2003/2008/7/8/10 and also Linux are included. The innovative "Self-Tuner" function of ICPDAS automatically controls the transmission, reception as well as the baud rate on the RS-485 ports, thus simplifying software programming.
